They will shortly be launching it in market from 10th March, 2017 and cost will be 699 USD  but pre-orders on the Nvidia store begin March 2 at 8 a.m.

Nvidia likewise declared that it will give away 108 of its Ti cards to GeForce Experience clients. To be qualified, you simply need to download GeForce Experience 3.0 and select in “to get the most recent prizes, news and more from GeForce and Nvidia.” Winners will be messaged on March 7.
